Craft Fayre booking form

  • Please write a sentence (or two) about your business and products (for website / event promotion)
  • We try to ensure there is a good mixture of stalls at our craft fayres.
  • Tables vary from freestanding to tables over the pews - on average about 5ft. Some double tables will be in an L shape.
  • Once stallholder lists have been selected for each fayre, to confirm your place you will need to send payment in full. Cheques to be made payable to “St Stephen’s PCC”. Bank details available on request.

    Notes:

    • Some tables are over the pews, if you feel you would be better with a ‘proper chair’ for any reason, please let Rachel know.
    • Please do not bring goods to sell which are covered by copyright belonging to someone other than yourself (eg products bearing licensed characters).

    Craft Fayres in 2019 will be held at St Stephen’s Church on the following Saturdays: 16 March, 18 May, 6 July, 9 November. All fayres will run from 10 am - 2 pm and stallholders are asked to be setup in good time and stay until the end of the event.

    • I understand that returning this form does not guarantee a place at any of the 2019 St Stephen’s Craft Fayres and that all stalls chosen are at the discretion of the event organiser.
    • I understand that if I bring products not listed on the form, I may be asked to remove them from sale.
    • I understand that I am responsible for all products I am selling at the event.
    • I understand that I need to not bring goods to sell which are covered by copyright belonging to someone other than myself.
    • I understand that payment for a table is non-refundable, unless the event organiser is able to fill my place. (I will not attempt to fill my place myself).
